Terms of service

Last updated: October 2026

These terms apply to your use of lltowingservice.com and to any towing, roadside assistance or vehicle hauling service provided by LL Towing ("we," "us"). By using our website or our services, you agree to these terms.

Our services

LL Towing provides car, flatbed and accident towing, local and long-distance vehicle hauling, and roadside assistance including jump starts, car lockouts, fuel delivery and tire changes. We may decline a vehicle or job that is beyond our equipment's capacity or that we can't safely complete.

Hours and arrival times

Our hours are Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 6 PM, and Saturday and Sunday from 8 AM to 1 PM. Arrival times we give are estimates. Weather, traffic, road conditions, accident scenes and other calls can affect how quickly we reach you. If you're in danger or anyone is hurt, call 911 first.

Authorization

You must be the owner of the vehicle or authorized by the owner to request service. For lockouts and some tows we may ask for a photo ID, registration or other proof that you're authorized before we unlock or move the vehicle.

Accident and police-requested tows are performed at the direction of law enforcement and follow Maryland law and the rules of the county where the tow takes place.

Pricing and payment

Charges depend on the service, distance, vehicle and conditions. Ask us for pricing when you call. Payment is due when the service is complete unless your motor club or insurance provider is covering it. If a roadside plan or insurer is covering your service, you're responsible for any charges it doesn't cover.

Your responsibilities

  • Give us accurate information about your location, vehicle and what happened, so we bring the right equipment.
  • Tell us where the vehicle is going. If you can't ride along, give us the destination and any contact there before we leave.
  • Remove valuables and personal belongings from the vehicle when it's safe to do so. To the extent permitted by law, we're not responsible for items left in the vehicle.
  • Tell us about known problems with the vehicle, such as damage, missing keys, locked wheels or leaks, before we load it.
  • Stay safe at the scene. Follow our driver's instructions and keep clear of the truck and equipment while we work.

Vehicle condition and damage

We take care with every vehicle we move. Vehicles that have broken down or been in an accident may already have damage, and we're not responsible for pre-existing damage or mechanical problems. We may photograph the vehicle at pickup and drop-off. If you believe your vehicle was damaged during our service, tell us as soon as possible, ideally when the vehicle is delivered, so we can look into it.

Roadside assistance

Roadside services are meant to get you moving again. A jump start, fuel delivery or spare tire may not fix the underlying problem. If the vehicle can't be safely driven after roadside service, we can tow it, which may be billed as a separate service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LL Towing is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services, and our total liability for any claim related to a service will not exceed the amount paid for that service.
